“Just about a 5 based on view, staff, and that I didn't pay for the upgraded room offered. Room can be cleaned daily, free safe, had a little desk and mini fridge, was clean overall. It does look a bit dated, especially from outside and reception, and there was no where to eat or drink inside when I visited but that wasn't a problem for me. The shower was barely above cold in the morning but fine later in the day, and I had real trouble closing the patio door which is why I said I didn't want to pay for the upgrade which they said was fine. So overall for the money it was a really good stay”
“Basic rooms but clean. Paid extra for sea view and did explain it was a surprise 21st birthday and could they decorate the birthday booking room. Said they'd make it extra special but nothing on arrival. Would have happily paid extra. The staff were an friendly, reception manned 24/7. Would stay again as location is perfect opposite the beach, best nice coffee/bars/restaurants but walkable to the strip.”
